ARTICULO 146. Controversia en la reclamación. Si se presentare controversia judicial entre los reclamantes de una prestación por causa de muerte, el pago de la cuota en litigio, se suspenderá hasta tanto se decida judicialmente a qué persona corresponde el valor de esta cuota.
