La Nación deplora la muerte de sabio don Tulio Ospina, acaecida en Panamá el 17 de febrero del presente año, quien sobresalió por la práctica de solidas virtudes cristianas y se distinguió por los valiosos y constantes servicios que así en la cátedra como en el parlamento y en las Corporaciones científicas presto al país.
