Facúltese al Gobierno nacional para que, a través del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, realice junto a la Alcaldía de Galapa un evento especial con programación cultural, artística y protocolaria que exalte y conmemore los cuatrocientos noventa y tres (493) años de historia del municipio en el que participen todos sus habitantes.
