Las obras de defensa y arreglo del puerto de la ciudad de Magangué, ordenadas por la Ley 121de 1938, comprenderán, además de las indicadas en el artículo 1° de la citad Ley, la construcción de muelles fluviales, con sus correspondientes bodegas, en el puerto de la referida ciudad. Las obras de que este artículo serán ejecutadas por el Gobierno Nacional directamente o por contrato, y con las apropiaciones que se hagan de conformidad con el artículo 2° de la ley antes citada.
