Devolución dotaciones. Cuando el personal que integra las empresas de vigilancia privada salga con vacaciones, permisos o retiro, deberá entregar a la empresa la credencial expedida por la Policía Nacional, uniformes y demás elementos dados en dotación.

Parágrafo

Las credenciales deberán ser devueltas por la empresa de vigilancia privada a la Policía Nacional.
