A las contribuciones especiales establecidas en este capítulo les son aplicables, en lo pertinente, las normas que regulan los procesos de determinación, discusión, cobro y sanciones contempladas en el Estatuto Tributario y su control estará a cargo de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
