Reglamento especial de procedimiento. Los centros de arbitraje y conciliación deberán expedir un reglamento especial de arbitraje y amigable composición para la resolución de las controversias por medios electrónicos a que se refiere el artículo 78 de la Ley 1676 de 2013. Para esta labor, el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho elaborará un documento modelo que pondrá a disposición en su sitio web institucional, para su incorporación por los centros a sus reglamentos internos.
