Decreto 99 de 1906 · Por el cual se adscriben al Banco Central el conocimiento y decisión de los asuntos relacionados con fábricas de cigarrillos y de fósforos

Artículo único. Adscríbense igualmente al Banco Central el conocimiento decisión de todo lo relativo á reclamaciones hechas al Gobierno para obtener indemnizaciones por fábricas de cigarrillos y de fósforos ó de cualesquiera otras reclamaciones que resulten por causa del establecimiento de los monopolios que hace referencia el Decreto número 41 de 3 de Marzo de 1905 y las demás disposiciones dictadas en desarrollo de dicho Decreto.

Parágrafo

Los contratos ó transacciones que el Banco Central celebre con los reclamantes necesitan para su validez de la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
