Objeto . La presente sección tiene por objeto establecer los parámetros que permitan el acceso a los beneficios previstos en el artículo 3° de la Ley 1780 de 2016 para las pequeñas empresas jóvenes, en las condiciones señaladas en dicha ley. El beneficio de que trata el artículo 3° de la Ley 1780 de 2016 para las pequeñas empresas jóvenes consiste en la exención del pago de la matrícula mercantil y de la renovación del primer año siguiente al inicio de la actividad económica principal.
