Evolución de las obligaciones contingentes. La Dirección General de Crédito Público del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público realizará un seguimiento periódico de la evolución de las obligaciones contingentes a que se refiere el artículo 3º para las cuales las entidades aportantes hayan realizado aportes al Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales. La Dirección General de Crédito Público, de acuerdo con los resultados de este seguimiento, determinará el incremento o la disminución de los aportes al Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales que fueren necesarios, de conformidad con las disposiciones presupuestales.
