Los bienes de cualquier naturaleza, transferidas (sic) en virtud del contrato previsto en el artículo anterior, deberán ser restituidos al Instituto al término del mismo, sin compensación alguna a su cargo. También deberán restituirse los dineros no gastados o gastados indebidamente.
