El Director Administrativo será designado y removido libremente por el Consejo Directivo de la Caja de Compensación; lleva la representación legal de ésta; dirige, coordina y orienta su acción administrativa; responde por su gestión ante el Consejo Directivo, la Asamblea General y la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar y cumple las demás funciones establecidas en la ley o en los estatutos. El Consejo Directivo podrá designar uno o más suplentes del Director Administrativo de la Corporación.
