Cuando conforme con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8° de este Decreto, se determine que un bien procesado fuera de Colombia es originario de este mismo país, dicha determinación no será tomada en cuenta y el país de origen del bien será el último país donde tal bien tuvo un proceso de producción distinto al procesamiento menor.
