Art. 2.° Si el asilado o emigrado político no entrare a Colombia por la frontera con la Nación que se halla en estado de guerra, sino por otro punto cualquiera, tendrá también la obligación que expresa el artículo anterior, siempre que fije residencia en un lugar distante de uno a dos miriámetros de la línea divisoria; pero en este caso el aviso se dará a la autoridad del lugar que haya elegido para residir, y el término de veinticuatro horas se contará desde su llegada a él.
