Aprobadas por- el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia la clasificación por departamentos y categorías y la calificación de los concursantes, la Secretaría formará las listas correspondientes y las enviará a los funcionarios nominadores según la categoría de las notarías. Cuando se trate de proveer una notaría el nombramiento deberá recaer sobre el concursante que obtuvo la mejor calificación. Si son varias se designará siempre a los de mayor puntaje. Si dos o más concursantes obtuvieran el mismo puntaje el nominador designará a cualquiera de ellos.
