Art. 2°. Los Representantes por el Estado soberano, de Antioquia, señores Jorge Isaacs y Mario Arana, conservan su derecho á los viáticos que les correspondan como tales Representantes, sin que para hacerlo efectivo obste la pena disciplinaria que la respectiva Cámara ha creído deber imponerles separándolos de su seno, y en el supuesto de que hayan hecho oportunamente el viaje á la capital.
