Art. 1.° Cuando las existencias de licores que el Rematador debe comprar no tengan los grados de que trata el artículo 54 del Decreto número 339 del corriente año, serán Valorizadas por dos peritos, nombrados uno por el Rematador y otro por el dueño de las existencias. En caso de discordia, vendrá un tercer perito, nombrado por los otros dos.
