ARTICULO 49 . Las autoridades judiciales, de policía y de instrucción, comunicarán al DAS y al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la iniciación de procesos contra extranjeros, los cambios de radicación y el fallo correspondiente. Así mismo, el Ministerio de Justicia comunicará la extradición de extranjeros. Los Directores de Centros Carcelarios comunicarán sobre el ingreso o salida de extranjeros de dichos centros.
