El Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, por intermedio de la Jefatura de Conservación de Carreteras, o cualquier otra dependencia de esta entidad a que corresponda, dispondrá el mantenimiento de las mismas por conducto del Distrito de Obras Públicas No. 1, que tiene su sede en el Departamento de Antioquia.
