El Gobierno Nacional apropiará en las próximas vigencias las partidas indispensables para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.

Parágrafo

Autorizase igualmente al Gobierno Nacional para efectuar los traslados necesarios y contratar empréstitos, con el fin de que cumpla con lo dispuesto en esta Ley.
