Los empleados y obreros no podrán renunciar el derecho al seguro colectivo ni podrán negociar, ceder o traspasar su valor a ningún título. La renuncia o cesión del seguro hechas por el trabajador no dan acción ni excepción, ni pueden alegarse en forma alguna ante las autoridades de la República.
