El servicio público registral deberá prestarse dentro de criterios de máxima simplificación, diversificación de canales de atención y principios de celeridad en la gestión pública, pero sin poner en peligro los bienes y derechos que protege el Estado. En este propósito, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro deberá prever y poner en operación mecanismos de relacionamiento eficaces, soportados en las políticas de servicio al ciudadano y de Gobierno en Línea.
