ARTICULO 19. Forma de disponer las destinaciones, traslados y comisiones. Las destinaciones, traslados y comisiones de Agentes de la Policía Nacional se dispondrán así

a)

Por resolución del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, comisiones al exterior.

b)

Por resolución de la Dirección General, comisiones permanentes o transitorias mayores de treinta (30) días dentro del país.

c)

Por Orden Administrativa de Personal, las destinaciones y traslados.

d)

Por la Orden del Día de las Direcciones, Departamentos de Policía y Escuelas de Formación, comisiones hasta por treinta (30) días.
