Artículo Tercero . Toda venta de medicamentos, alimentos y cosméticos licenciados fabricados por los laboratorios nacionales tendrá que hacerse mediante factura, la cual llevará adheridos los correspondientes sellos de garantía, por valor igual al que resulte del número de unidades gravables incluidas en la factura de venta, según lo establecido en el Decreto Legislativo número 0690 de 1950.
