Art. 53. Los expedientes que pertenezcan á Municipios que en virtud de esta Ley correspondan á nuevos Distritos 6 Circuitos judiciales, teniendo en cuenta los principios y reglas sobre jurisdicción, se pasará oportunamente á los Tribunales 6 Juzgados respectivos con el inventario del caso.
