Artículo cuarto . En adelante la suscripción de acciones que da lugar a la exención del gravamen adicional al impuesto de renta y complementarios, de que trata el artículo 22 del Decreto- ley número 112 de 1955 y el Decreto-ley número 2385 de 1955. se hará en acciones del Banco Ganadero de las que debe vender el Fondo de Estabilización, hasta colocación completa de ellas, y de ahí en adelante tal suscripción se hará directamente en acciones del Banco Ganadero.
