Artículo primero. Apruébase el Acuerdo número 000012 del 12 de marzo de 1975, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte y cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 000012 DE 1975 por el cual se modifica la Planta de Personal del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, "Coldeportes". La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, en uso de de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, acuerda:
