Nacionalízanse, y por tanto incorpóranse al Plan Vial Nacional, las siguientes carreteras en el Departamento del Atlántico:

a)

La que va de Ponedera a Barranquilla, pasando por Palmar de Varela, Santo Tomás, Sabanagrande, Malambo y Soledad, y

b)

La que va de Usiacurí a Baranoa.

Parágrafo

Queda en estos términos adicionado el Plan Vial del Atlántico previsto en la Ley 161 de 1959 .
