Serán competentes de modo privativo los jueces y Magistrados del lugar donde se hallen ubicados los bienes, y si estos se encuentran en varios municipios con distintas jurisdicciones, serán competentes el juez y los magistrados del municipio de la respectiva jurisdicción donde se presente la demanda.
