La suma de $ 9,000 que figura en las apropiaciones vigentes (L. A., capítulo 57, artículo 422, y Decreto número 96 de 1938), con destino a la defensa de Ríosucio (Chocó), se entregará a la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, para que dicha entidad la invierta en los fines para que fue decretada por la ley.
