Como consecuencia de tal improbación, el Poder Ejecutivo procederá a hacer arreglar el servicio de correos a que se refieren los contratos que se imprueban, ya por medio de convenio que celebre con particulares, con observancia de los formalidades legales, o bien, directamente, por administración.

Parágrafo

Los contratos o convenios que se celebren se referirán a cada una de las líneas de correos o a parte de ellas; pero en ningún caso a todas las líneas de la Republica.
