Ley 75 de 1937 · Por la cual se conmemora el primer centenario de la muerte del General Santander

Para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, se destina la cantidad de seiscientos mil pesos ($ 600,000), que será apropiada, precisamente, en esta forma: doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000) en la actual vigencia fiscal; doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) en la próxima, y doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) en la vigencia de 1939.

Parágrafo

Queda autorizado el Gobierno para hacer traslados en el Presupuesto y decretar créditos extraordinarios para cumplir lo dispuesto en esta Ley.
