El servicio nacional de inscripción podrá, a solicitud de la superintendencia de notariado y registro, microfilmar los documentos a que se refieren los artículos 18 y 19 de decreto-ley 1250 de 1970, con el objeto de organizar o complementar su registro de propiedades. Los archivos a si microfilmados serán destruidos previo levantamiento del acta correspondiente, que será firmada por el superintendente y por el director del servicio nacional de inscripción.
