Artículo primero. El artículo 445 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo quedará así: "Artículo 445.1. Decretada la huelga, la cesación colectiva del trabajo sólo podrá efectuarse transcurridos diez (10) días después de su declaración. 2. Dentro del término a que se refiere este artículo, el Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio del Trabajo, podrá intervenir como mediador en la solución del conflicto, y las partes interesadas en él están en la obligación de suministrarle las informaciones que solicite y que tiendan a hacer mas eficaz su labor preventiva".
