Article 38

En Caso De Reincidencia En Violaciones Al Régimen Legal Del Sistema De Parques Nacionales Naturales, El Inderena Además De Imponer Las Sanciones Previstas En Los Artículos 32 Y 34 De Este Decreto, Podrá Cuando Lo Considere Conveniente Aplicar Las Siguientes Sanciones°

°. En caso de reincidencia en violaciones al régimen legal del Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales, el INDERENA además de imponer las sanciones previstas en los artículos 32 y 34 de este decreto, podrá cuando lo considere conveniente aplicar las siguientes sanciones°

Prohibición temporal o permanente para entrar a la correspondiente área del Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales y para disfrutar de sus desarrollos y servicios;

Prohibición temporal o permanente para entrar en todas las áreas del Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales y para disfrutar de sus desarrollos y servicios.
