Art. 6.° La Tesorería jeneral cubrirá en especie los presupuestos trimestrales de útiles de escritorio que le presenten las Oficinas indicadas en el artículo 1.° Al formarse dichos presupuestos, cada Oficina tendrá presente la existencia de útiles que hubiere resultado en el trimestre anterior, para pedir tan solo los demas que necesite en el siguiente. En esos presupuestos no figurará el valor de los útiles, sino el número, peso o cantidad de cada objeto.
