Art. 355. Los Magistrados y los Jueces pueden reformar cada carrera y de revocar de oficio, antes de ser notificado a cualquiera de la partes los autos interlocutorios y de sustanciación que dicten en las causas criminales. También puede reformar y revocar los mismos autos a petición de parte legitima, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a las modificaciones del auto reclamado.
