Las penas señaladas en este Decreto y las establecidas por el Decreto 1099 de 1930 y por el Decreto 986 de 1932, para los infractores en cuanto al ejercicio de la medicina y sus auxiliares, las impondrán los mismos funcionarios de que trata el artículo 14 del presente Decreto, siguiendo las mismas normas.
