Inicio del contrato de arrendamiento . Los contratos de arrendamiento en los que se haya pactado la entrega del inmueble al arrendatario dentro del lapso de duración de la declaratoria de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica, quedarán suspendidos hasta el treinta (30) de junio de 2020, fecha en la cual, a falta de acuerdo entre las partes se harán exigibles las obligaciones derivadas del contrato. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de acuerdos en contrario celebrados entre las partes.
