º . Modifícase el artículo 46 del Decreto 1424 del 24 de julio de 1998, así: " Artículo 46. Comité Técnico Pedagógico Nacional . El Comité Técnico Pedagógico Nacional estará integrado por

a)

El Director de Formación Profesional o su delegado;

b)

El Coordinador del Grupo de Investigación y Desarrollo Técnico Pedagógico o quien haga sus veces quien ejercerá la Secretaría Técnica;

c)

El Coordinador del Grupo Sectorial y Pertinencia de la Formación Profesional Integral;

d)

Dos (2) representantes de los Instructores designados por la Organización Sindical".
