Certeza procesal. La certeza procesal es el convencimiento del Juez, por fuera de toda duda razonable, fundado en hechos objetivos aportados regular y oportunamente al expediente. En caso de duda razonable, se aplicará el principio de presunción de inocencia. Este se tendrá en cuenta al momento de dictar la sentencia o de proferír auto de conclusión.
