Artículo único. Apruébase el contrato celebrado por el Poder Ejecutivo con el señor José Bonnet, con fecha 25 de Enero último, en cuanto se refiere á las mercaderías que dicho señor Bonnet introdujo al Territorio nacional de Casanare hasta la fecha en que se recibió en el Corregimiento de Orocué el Diario Oficial en que fué publicada la ley 61 de 1882 , las cuales mercaderías pueden pasar á los Estados y á los Territorios contiguos libres de derechos de importación.
