Unidades del Fondo. Los aportes que las entidades indicadas en el artículo 5º hagan al Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales por los contratos en los cuales pacten las obligaciones contingentes a que se refiere el artículo 3º, estarán representados en unidades de igual monto y características.
