Artículo treinta. El aviso previo que para iniciar la exploración y explotación de las minas de esmeraldas de propiedad particular es necesario darle al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, conforme al artículo 8º de la Ley 145 de 1959, deberá acompañarse con los títulos correspondientes y con un plano topográfico de la zona respectiva.
