Funciones del Consejo Académico . El Consejo Académico del Instituto de Estudios del Ministerio Público tiene las siguientes funciones

Aprobar los planes y programas académicos.

Adoptar los reglamentos académicos necesarios para el desarrollo de los programas.

Las demás que le asignen la ley y el Procurador General.
