°. Régimen legal de la liquidación. El proceso de liquidación de la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica S. A. E.S.P., en Liquidación - Corelca S. A. E.S.P en Liquidación, en adelante Corelca S. A. E.S.P., en Liquidación, será el determinado en el presente decreto, en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 modificado por la Ley 1105 de 2006 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o reglamenten.
