El Gobierno Nacional se entenderá con el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales a fin de que por cuenta de éste se proceda inmediatamente a la pavimentación del trayecto de carretera nacional que partiendo de la estación de Ibagué sigue para Armenia por la carretera 1ª hasta la calle 10ª, del Municipio de Ibagué.
