El Administrador de Correos que reciba de otro Distrito pliegos de los expresados, pondrá el cumplido en la planilla respectiva, y dará, además, al conductor un recibo especificado de los pliegos entregados. Inmediatamente procederá a entregarlos a los respectivos empleados o particulares, a los cuales exigirá recibo por duplicado. Uno lo custodiará en su oficina, y el otro lo enviará por el primer correo a la oficina de donde proceden los pliegos.
