ARTICULO 6 º. Ninguna autoridad, a excepción del gobierno nacional podrá modificar el régimen salarial y prestacional señalado en las normas del Decreto 1444 de 1992 modificado por el Decreto 26 de 1993 y en las que nos adicionan o modifiquen y en el presente decreto de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 10 en la Ley 4º de 1992.
