La Defensoría del Pueblo ejercerá las funciones a que hace referencia este título a través de la Defensoría Delegada para los derechos de la niñez, la juventud y las mujeres mediante la divulgación, protección, promoción de derechos y el seguimiento a las políticas públicas que comprometan derechos humanos de los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes, como lo establece la Constitución Política y la ley.
